Who we are

This website is run by the Royal Hunt team, the makers of the Royal Hunt game. Contact: royalhunt.main@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you sign up as a tester we store your name, the Google (Gmail) address you use on Google Play, your phone model and Android version and, if you give them, your city, state and how you heard about Royal Hunt. The form does not ask for anything else, and we do not detect your location.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information such as your IP address and browser in short-lived server logs, to keep the site working and safe.

How we use it

• To add you to the Royal Hunt tester group, so Google Play lets you install test builds.
• To contact you about test builds and testing.
• To see which phones and Android versions the game runs on.

We never sell your details, and we never use them for advertising.

Where it is stored

Sign-ups are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to the Royal Hunt game server and kept in its database, which its provider encrypts at rest. Only the Royal Hunt developers can see them.

How long we keep it

Until the tester programme ends or you ask us to remove your sign-up. Signing up again with the same Gmail address updates your details instead of adding a second entry.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your sign-up, to correct it or to delete it, by emailing royalhunt.main@gmail.com from (or naming) the Gmail address you used. To stop testing, tap Leave the program on the Google Play testing page.

Children

The tester programme is for people aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before signing up.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
